“My mom, Marcella, would have loved this,” says Julia C. of Stokesdale, North Carolina (photographed with son Zach and husband Marty), after disembarking from a cruise aboard the @grandladycruises. “We had about thirty people for a private cruise following a memorial service for my mom and dad at @forestlawnbuffalo. The cruise was 90 minutes, and we had an open bar, snacks, and good music. I’m a Buffalo ex-pat and my mom was living here before she came to live with us in North Carolina. I love coming back to Buffalo, it still feels like home. As far as the river cruise goes, they were outstanding from the first call I made asking about tour options. They gave perfect customer service, they told me exactly what to expect, and the tour happened the way they said it would. Forest Lawn was also very gracious and kind. @flowersbyjohnny on Delaware in Kenmore did the flowers for the cemetery and this bouquet for me – great job, great people.”
